The company has established vertical industry chain advantages in waste classification, sanitation cleaning, waste collection and transfer, incineration and power generation, sanitary landfill, leachate treatment, and fly ash treatment, and has established source to terminal treatment. Grandblue’s business scope covers city gas and new energy. The company’s current operations include city natural gas, LNG trading, bottled LPG, hydrogen energy, and thermal energy, and is actively engaged in exploring photovoltaic power generation and distributed energy solutions, fully guaranteeing the supply of green and low-carbon energy to the city and promoting regional industrial upgrade and high-quality economic development.

The company is also committed to creating an overall water supply service industry chain, promoting the intelligent upgrade of basic water supply business, strengthening the renovation of village pipeline networks, and improving the water supply security system of dual water source ring pipeline networks. It is striving to achieve the water supply goal of "Same Network, Same Price, Same Quality, Same Service," and improving water intake, water production, water transmission, and customer service from the source to the terminal, to fully guarantee urban water supply safety and quality. Currently, the company’s daily average water supply capacity is approximately 1.9 million m³, which includes water supply from a single plant with a designed daily water supply capacity of 1 million m³. Guangdong Hanzheng Testing Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, has CMA-qualified testing capabilities covering a total of 750 parameters for "water, soil, gas, sound, and slag," among which, 166 are for drinking water, covering and exceeding the 106 parameters stipulated in the drinking water sanitation standards, thus fully guaranteeing urban water supply safety.

The company has an integrated industry chain for sewage collection network maintenance and sewage treatment plant operation and management. It has efficiently promoted the expansion of several sewage treatment plants and actively focuses on the regional stormwater network and decentralized sewage treatment facilities, drainage (sewage) user management, etc. The efficiency of the intelligent and information-based sewage treatment plant and pipeline network operations has been consistently improved, and the overall industry chain of “plant, network, source, and river” has taken shape. The company’s drainage business has spread across all towns and neighborhoods in Nanhai, and by means of BOT, TOT, entrusted operation, etc., the company has about 20 domestic sewage treatment projects and is the franchisee of 1 industrial sewage treatment project, with a total treatment scale of about 600,000 m3/day. Presently, the company operates and manages over 1,000 km of municipal drainage networks as well as 42 sewage pumping stations.
