Intelligent Waste Classification
  • Issue point cards to residents and computerize the residents’ information, documenting their name, neighborhood name, contact information, score card number, points, contact information, sorting and delivering records, etc. At the same time, establish an information file for the intelligent waste classification and recycling bins to record the location information, full status, collection and transportation data, etc.
  • Establish an integrated data collection system through "intelligent garbage sorting box + cloud service platform + mobile phone APP platform" to enable real-time statistics and analysis of processing information such as garbage sorting, collection, transportation, and disposal, and to realize intelligent integrated management of the overall process.
  • Residents can redeem points for items at the corresponding exchange points with their point cards, and turn waste into treasure, enabling them to personally experience the benefits of waste classification.
  • Enable classified collection, transportation, storage, and harmless treatment by relying on Grandblue Solid Waste Industrial Park for end waste disposal.
Project Cases

The community has 51 buildings with 4,400 residents and adopts the “3-Phase and 10-Step” method to promote waste separation, from easy to difficult and step-by-step. The garbage classification awareness rate is 95% and the reduction rate is 39.8%. The case was awarded the 2019 China Smart Environmental Sanitation “Smart + Waste Classification” Typical Demonstration Case by the China Urban Environmental Sanitation Association.

The village block joined hands with the district, town, and village to jointly implement the pilot "1+2+3+4 classification model," which combines the rural revitalization strategy and fully explores the cooperative and efficient waste classification model from the source-to-terminal by giving full play to the leadership of Party building efforts. The case was awarded the "2020 China Smart Environmental Sanitation New Model Typical Demonstration Case" by the China Urban Environmental Sanitation Association.

Based on the concept of "pilot exploration, segmental summarization, and gradual promotion," this pilot project takes the initiative to explore a more effective and sustainable "2+4+n" waste classification model, integrates the rural revitalization strategy, fully leverages the leadership of Party building efforts, and strives to innovate the integrated urban-rural waste classification development model.
